It is also important to note that throughout the past 22 years , hence since the inception of Emirates Airline in Malta, we were awarded the title of Emirates Airline Top Performing Sales Agent every single year in operation. At the very start, hence in 1998, convincing people to opt to travel to the Middle East for their annual holiday (which was generally perceived locally as a war zone) was no mean feat at the time, yet our mission proved to be successful beyond belief. In 2013, we were handpicked to handle their Emirates Holidays Division in Malta, with a full representation including branded offices, staff in uniforms and comprehensively managing all Maltese agents, sales, hence handling the Emirates Holidays brand 100% independently from the operational side of the airline. Our sales performance from the day we took over, until the very last day Emirates operated the route, grew by over 1000% . Proof of this lies in the fact that after our first year, we were awarded the title of Top Sales Performing County in Europe by the Emirates Holidays Head Office at their annual awards in Dubai.
