Social Media Pages Set-Up The following steps must be taken by all Franchise partners when setting up local social media pages: 1. Platform – Request Dune Marketing approval before setting up a new brand page. 2. Handles – All regional handles must follow these naming conventions: • Facebook – Dune London [Country] E.g. Dune London India • Instagram - @dune_London_[country] E.g. @dune_london_philippines 1. Profile - The profile copy and image for all regional social pages must be checked and approved by Dune Marketing before launch. 2. Global Credentials - All regional social pages must request the appropriate credentials to assure followers that Dune London is a global and reputable brand: • Facebook – Regional pages must be connected to the global Facebook network. Log Ins – Native log in details must be shared with Dune Marketing for all regional social pages to enable access to insights and performance, both paid and organic. 2. Page Roles - All Franchisees are responsible for managing regional social pages and are given Editor (or Agency) status. For security reasons it is Dune Group policy that external parties including Franchisees cannot be Admin of any Dune London Facebook pages. Please note the only function Admin can perform that Editors cannot is adding/removing teammembers, please contact Dune Marketing when this is required. Refer to the table below for the functions each page role can perform:
