DAY 1 – MALTA – SICILY Meet the tour manager at the Port for your catamaran to Augusta

Depart to join the cooking class in a private estate at the foot of Mount Etna overlooking the Riviera dei Ciclopi, where the chef will be happy to introduce you to the history of these iconic Italian creations! Make pizza in the oven with a professional pizza chef (pizzaiolo). You will learn how to create tender, flexible yeast dough that stretches to almost paper-thinness, and then the “tricks” to make a tasty but light tomato sauce.You will bake pizza once back home, you will surprise your guests! With the pizzaiolo, you’ll make your very own pizza, you’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, slice it. It will be the best pizza you’ve ever tasted, and you made it yourself! The pizza-lunch will be completed by a variety of appetizers and a wine tasting. After lunch, transfer to Catania for panoramic sightseeing of this lively city, fascinating and full of surprises. Enjoy the enchanting old town centre, where you can admire the buildings made from Etna’s black lava contrasting with the white marble. Transfer to your hotel for check in.
