• Exemption from liability for damage caused by the customer (including damage to the roof, glass bottom and tires), fire and theft of the rented vehicle - (SPCDW, SPTHW) • These limitations or exclusions of liability do not apply to damage caused with wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the Customer, and for damage caused to the interior of the car. • Partial limitation of liability (with reduction of theft deductibles) for fire and theft occurring in the areas at risk (regions of Campania, Puglia and in the city and province of Catania).The amounts of the reduced deductibles are shown in the THW - Excess amount (Risk Zone) column • SPAI accident protection (Super Personal Accident Insurance) • Additional Driver • Port charges • Car traffic charges • 30-minutes tolerance for the return of the vehicle (after which a full day will be charged). The Rates do not include: • Fuel • Airport charges • Rentals that begin at airports are subject to a surcharge equal to 18% of the total rental amount, excluding fuel service and VAT. • Rail charges • Rentals starting near railway stations are subject to a surcharge equal to 11% of the total rental amount, excluding the service fuel and VAT tax 22%. • Delivery or return: • Within the city limits: € 24 Outside the city: € 2 per km, with a minimum charge of € 25 • Refuelling penalty • A penalty of € 12 (VAT exempt Article 15 of Presidential Decree 633/72), in addition to the consideration for the missing fuel quantity, will be applied if the car is returned with missing fuel in excess of 7 litres. • High Season Supplement • A supplement will be applied to rentals with check-out in Sicily, Sardinia, Tuscany, Puglia and Calabria from 01.08.2021 to 21.08.2021 and with check-out throughout Italy from 09.04.2022 to 18.04.2022, equal to: • € 12 + VAT per day on the first 2 days of rental, from the 3rd day of rental the amount will be €6 + VAT 22%, up to a maximum of € 58 + VAT 22% per rental • Administration fee • There is a supplement for the handling of claims (see Europcar Price List) • Violations of the highway code • In the event of violations of the highway code (fines or non-payment of tolls), a penalty will be applied to the Customer (see Europcar Price List) • No show penalty • In the event of failure to collect the vehicle booked on the date / time indicated for collection at the time of booking, until the closing time of the rental station, a contractual penalty of €111 (VAT exempt Art.15 DPR 633/72) will be charged • Cancellation penalty • In case of failure to cancel the reservation within 48 hours before the time indicated at the time of booking for the collection of the vehicle, a contractual penalty of €58 is due (exempt from VAT Article 15 of Presidential Decree 633/72) will be charged • One Way Rentals • In case of return of the vehicle in a city other than that of the collection, there is a supplement of € 12 • The One Way from mainland to islands (Sicily and Sardinia) and vice versa is allowed under the conditions in force at the time of rental (see Europcar Price List) • Environmental contribution • € 4 per day (daily and weekly rate) for Sipp code FVMR / SVMR • € 2 per day (monthly rate) for Sipp codes FVMR / SVMR • Extended sanitation (amount to be applied to each rental and related to the passenger compartment sanitation service) € 2.00 per rental Notes: The fees referred to in point A./B. are subject to change - with at least 30 days’ notice - and do not include VAT tax 22%. The up-to-dated fees will be indicated in the rental contract R.A. These rates are not applicable in case of return of the vehicle abroad.
