Terms & Conditions Shop With ROCS & Win A Brand New Audi A1 ORGANISER DEFINITION For the purposes of this competition, ROCS Group refers to Charichelon Company Limited , a company registered in Malta under company registration number C14614 , with its registered address at ROCS House, Main Street, Mellieħa MLH2310, Malta, Europe , and email: info@rocsgrp.com , as well as any subsidiary company forming part of the same group globally . 1. ELIGIBILITY 1.1 This competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally a resident in Malta . 1.2 Employees of Charichelon Company Limited, any of its affiliated companies, and participating brands, and their immediate family members (including but not limited to spouses, children, parents, and siblings) are not eligible to participate. 1.3 Any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be considered invalid . 2. HOW TO ENTER 2.1 To participate, customers must make a qualifying purchase of €50 or more in a single transaction at any ROCS Group brand between 00:00 on May 10th, 2025, and 23:59 on December 20th, 2025 . 2.2 With every qualifying purchase, one ticket will be issued for every €50 spent per receipt. 2.3 It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that tickets are properly filled in with accurate personal details.

2.4 ROCS Group will strictly follow the name, address, and information provided on the competition ticket. 2.5 This is not a lottery , but a skill-based competition . The selected finalist must answer a general knowledge question correctly in order to win. 2.6 Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect entries will be disqualified. 2.7 ROCS Group reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all receipts and reject any fraudulent or altered documentation. 2.8 Only original receipts will be accepted. Photocopies or altered copies are invalid. 2.9 Skill-based competition tickets shall only be issued to clients at the exact time of the qualifying sale transaction. Under no circumstance may a client claim a competition ticket after the sale has been completed, even if only by a matter of minutes. Tickets must be collected on the date and at the precise moment of purchase at the issuing ROCS Group outlet. No retrospective claims will be entertained. 2.10Furthermore, any ticket that is fraudulently completed, submitted, or claimed— including but not limited to the use of false identities, forged receipts, or unauthorized submission of entry forms—shall be deemed null and void. This applies regardless of whether the fraudulent participant is later selected as the winner. In such cases, ROCS Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the fraudulent entry and award the prize to the next eligible runner-up, and continue in succession as needed until a valid and eligible winner is confirmed. 3. PRIZE 3.1 The prize is an Audi A1 , valued at €30,000 . 3.2 Should the winner opt for a higher-value vehicle, they must pay the difference in cash directly to Continental Cars Limited . 3.3 If a lower-value vehicle is selected, no refund or compensation will be issued. 3.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or set-off against any existing or future amounts due to ROCS Group or its subsidiaries. 3.5 The prize is awarded “as-is,” with no warranties or guarantees made by ROCS Group regarding condition or performance. 3.6 All additional costs , including but not limited to insurance, registration, and licensing , are the sole responsibility of the winner . 3.7 The prize may not be resold, transferred, or advertised for sale prior to the winner taking full and legal possession of the vehicle. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate and automatic forfeiture of the prize. The winner must personally present himself/herself to claim the prize, complete all necessary documentation, and have the vehicle officially transferred into his/her name before proceeding with any further action or disposition of the vehicle. 4. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT 4.1 The prize draw will take place on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025 . 4.2 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via the

phone number provided. 4.3 The selected winner must correctly answer a general knowledge question to win. 4.4 If the winner fails to answer or answers incorrectly, another participant may be selected. 4.5 ROCS Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and redraw in accordance with these Terms. 4.6 ROCS Group is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated contact information provided by entrants. 4.7 The winner must present valid identification and proof of residency in Malta to claim the prize. 5. PRIZE CLAIM 5.1 The winner will be publicly announced on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025 . 5.2 The prize must be claimed within seven (7) days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and a new winner may be drawn under the same process. 5.3 ROCS Group reserves the right to ask the winner to present the matching ticket stub in order to claim the prize. 6. GENERAL TERMS 6.1 By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 6.2 ROCS Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time. 6.3 All personal data will be processed in line with applicable data protection laws and the ROCS Group privacy policy : https://www.rocsgrp.com/gdpr. 6.4 ROCS Group shall not be liable for technical failures, lost entries, or any event beyond its reasonable control . 6.5 Decisions made by ROCS Group in relation to this competition are final and binding . 6.6 Any form of manipulation or fraud will result in immediate disqualification . 6.7 Participants consent to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes , unless otherwise stated. 6.8 ROCS Group may request a signed acknowledgment from the winner confirming their acceptance of the prize and these Terms. 6.9 Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of ROCS Group , and its decision shall be final. 6.10 ROCS Group reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has breached these Terms or acted dishonestly. 6.11 ROCS Group shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances that affect prize fulfillment.

MEDIA EXPOSURE By participating in this skill-based competition, all participants—including the eventual winner—expressly agree and consent to the publication and promotion of the prize award and their identity. This includes, but is not limited to, the public disclosure of their full name and likeness in relation to the competition. Participants agree to appear in photographs, video footage, and other promotional material for use across all media channels including but not limited to: social media platforms, newsletters, television and radio advertisements, SMS, WhatsApp messages, print media, and any other current or future form of communication or advertising. The winner further agrees to make themselves reasonably available for promotional activities, including media appearances and photo or video shoots, with a minimum notice period of 48 hours. By participating, the winner irrevocably releases and grants ROCS Group full rights to use his/her name, voice, image, and likeness for any and all promotional purposes across all forms of media, whether existing now or developed in the future, without any further approval, compensation, or restriction. 10. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER This skill-based competition is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. By participating in this competition, all participants explicitly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Participants further acknowledge and accept that the ROCS Group shall have sole and absolute discretion in all matters related to the competition, including but not limited to eligibility, selection, disqualification, and the awarding of prizes. All decisions made by the ROCS Group shall be final and binding, and shall not be subject to appeal or review by any court or tribunal. By entering, participants expressly waive any right to initiate legal proceedings or seek judicial intervention in connection with the competition.
