DAY 7 SUNRISE JEEP TOUR – DEAD SEA

Early in the morning, you will enjoy a 2-hour sunrise 4x4 jeep tour in the Wadi Rum Protected Area, the largest desert in Jordan. This vast landscape is famously associated with T.E. Lawrence, who wrote the Seven Pillars of Wisdom here. During the tour, you will visit Burrah Canyon via Alameleh, Khor Um Ishrin, Lawrence’s House, and Siq Lawrence. You will then return to the camp for breakfast, before transferring directly to the Dead Sea resort area, the lowest elevation on Earth and the world’s deepest hypersaline lake. Bordered by Jordan to the east and Israel and Palestine to the west, the Dead Sea lies approximately 430.5 metres below sea level. One of the most remarkable natural and spiritual landscapes in the world, the Dead Sea is renowned for its mineral-rich waters and natural salts, formed over thousands of years. According to tradition, the area is believed to be the site of five biblical cities: Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zebouin, and Zoar. Upon arrival, enjoy free time at leisure to swim and experience the unique buoyancy of the salty waters. Dinner and overnight stay at the 5* Dead Sea Kempinski Ishtar.
