This will open the publication in a browser, not open the working file. If you want to edit the contents of the publication you will need to download the project from the cloud and open it from there, as the latest version is kept on the cloud. It is important to note that if you were the last person to edit the publication you can open it from the quick access bar (see previous page).

Copy link will give your the URL to the published publication.

Edit will allow you to change the name or URL of the publication if necessary. This will not let you edit the contents of the publication.

If you did not create the flippingbook, you will need to download it in order to edit it. If you change the name or URL, you will need to re-download it or the changes will be reversed if you upload the publication again. The teamwork feature is how you give access to the rest of the team. (see below) When you finalise a new publication make sure you give access to the whole team in case they need to edit it.

When you download a publication you will then be given to option to Open Project, which will let you edit the contents.

This is what comes up when you select the teamwork option.

Make sure to give access to the whole team unless advised otherwise.
