— Campaign Procedure

Step 1. Campaign is discussed in a business development meeting or instructed via email by CEO / Ms Rachel.

Step 2. Budgets, Schedule and timelines are set by CEO with the help of the marketing executive.

Step 3. Project is put in motion. Designers create artwork, send for approval to the appropriate person i.e.: Colin/Rachel or Both. As advised by Colin. Step 4. Designs are officially confirmed either in writing or via email by Colin or Rachel or Both as instructed. PS: All Malta Campaigns are to be clearly approved by both. Step 5. Marketing executive is to prepare the rest of the collateral and send for approval to CEO. Please note that all work needs to be checked thoroughly for errors by the creator prior to submitting for review.

Step 6. Managers are informed of the campaign at least 2 days before.

Step 7. Once approved, send full collateral to the Online Media Marketer.

Step 8. Campaign is launched.

Step 9. Campaign is monitored by Marketing Executive.

Step 10. Campaign is updated when needed.

Step 11. A meeting is set to discuss campaign outcomes, future modifications etc. at CEO’s discretion.
