DAY 5 - VIA RAIL - ARRIVE IN JASPER See the magnificent Rocky Mountains early this morning as you arrive in Jasper. As you step off the train in the laid back mountain town of Jasper, in the heart of Jasper National Park, a friendly local guide meets you at the station. Enjoy an introductory tour of Jasper’s highlights before arriving at the Forest Park Hotel, or similar. Since your train arrives into Jasper this morning, ask about adding an activity this evening. We recommend an evening wildlife tour, a ride up the Jasper Skytram, or a hiking culinary experience. DAY 6 - JASPER NATIONAL PARK valleys are enticing to wildlife and are incredibly breathtaking. Walk on the Athabasca Glacier, stop for lunch, and step bravely out onto the Columbia Icefield Skywalk (whether you look down or not is up to you)! Then spend the night in Banff at the Rimrock Resort, or similar, with spectacular views of the Bow River Valley.

In the evening, take in the magnificent views of Toronto from one of the best vantage points in the city, the 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower. Overnight stay at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, or similar. DAY 2 - VIA RAIL - DEPART TORONTO Board The Canadian Train in Toronto and begin your transcontinental journey west. Travel north into Ontario’s picturesque lake country. After checking in at Toronto’s Union Station, leave Canada’s largest city behind and make your way through Ontario’s cottage country. Settle into your private cabin and watch the changing scenery. Head west through the rugged landscape of the Canadian Shield and into the province of Manitoba. Gaze at the majestic scenery of the Canadian Shield as you travel around Lake Superior. See ancient, exposed rock, boreal forest, and endless lakes. Keep an eye out for fishing cabins perched on tiny islands, as well as moose and bears.
