DAY 16 – CAPE TOWN Breakfast and today depart on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Drive along Millionaire’s Paradise from Clifton to Camps Bay and on to Llandudno, before an up-close-and-personal Seal Island cruise and wind along Chapman’s Peak Drive. Proceed to Cape Point Nature Reserve which lies at the south-western tip of Africa and offers great views, a restaurant and a funicular which takes you up to the old lighthouse. The spectacular scenery coupled with zebras, baboons, deserted beaches and plenty of fynbos to make this one of the Cape’s must see destinations. Drive to Simon’s Town where you will stop for lunch (own account). Visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, then travel back to Cape Town, stopping at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens enroute. DAY 17 – CAPE TOWN Breakfast and proceed to a superb day dedicated to celebrating the glorious grape, the exceptional winelands region, and the heavenly scenery! The area is rich with history, and we can’t help but feel it as we move through the region to experience a wine cellar tour and tasting, where you’ll learn all about the process of winemaking, from grape to goblet. We visit Neethlingshof for a cellar tour and wine tasting. Afternoon excursion to Robben Island (weather permitting) the icon of struggle, freedom and hope made famous by Nelson Mandela’s imprisonment here. DAY 18 – CAPE TOWN Breakfast and time at leisure for personal sightseeing and shopping. Transfer from your hotel to Cape Town International Airport, for your flight to Malta via Dubai.
