DAY 4 V E N I C E - PA D OVA

After breakfast you depart for your tour to Venice. Upon arrival we will get on the boat (fee not included) which will take us to Piazza San Marco. Our tour starts by sightseeing some of the main monuments such as St. Mark’s Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, the Doges’ Palace, the Campanile of San Marco and the famous Clock Tower. We then walk to the famous Rialto Bridge, with the possibility of indulging on a romantic tour of the canals on a traditional real Venetian Gondola (fee not included). In the afternoon we will walk through the narrow alleys of Venice so as to be able to discover some of the city’s hidden treasures. We admire the magnificent view over the Grand Canal and stroll around the stalls of one of Venice’s market places. On our way back we will also have some free time for lunch and for souvenier shopping.
