DAY 1 BOGOTÁ Arrival Bogotá. 3 overnights / breakfast in Bogotá.

DAY 2 BOGOTÁ (B) City tour including visit to the statue of Guadalupe.

DAY 3 BOGOTÁ (B/L) Visit to the salt cathedral of Zipaquirá and the lagoon of Guatavita. Lunch at a local farmer s house. DAY 4 BOGOTÁ - VILLA VIEJA (B) Flight to Neiva. Walk through Villa Vieja with visit to the Totumo Museum & a private cracker production. Later visit to the Tatacoa Desert by “Moto-Taxi”. 1 overnight / breakfast in Villa Vieja. DAY 5 VILLA VIEJA – SAN AGUSTÍN (B) Transfer to San Augustín and visit to the Archaeological Park. 2 overnights / breakfast in San Augustín. DAY 6 SAN AGUSTÍN (B) Half day visit to a coffee farm. In the afternoon visit to the Archaeological Park Alto de los Ídolos. DAY 7 SAN AGUSTÍN – POPAYAN (B) Transfer to Popayan. En route visit to the National Park of Puracé & the hot springs “Termales Agua Hirviendo”. 2 overnights / breakfast in Popayan.

DAY 8 POPAYAN (B) Visit to the indigenous market of Silvia.

SOUTH AMERICA 2024

DAY 9 POPAYAN – CALI (B) Transfer to Cali. City tour and visit to a social dance project. 1 overnight / breakfast un Cali.

DAY 10 CALI – CARTAGENA (B) Flight to Cartagena. 3 overnights / breakfast in Cartagena.

DAY 11 CARTAGENA (B) Half day city tour with visit to the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas and the convent San Pedro Claver.

DAY 12 CARTAGENA (B) Full day at leisure.

Optional: Excursion to Rosario Island El Encanto (seat in) OR visit of San Basilio de Palenque OR drums workshop & mangrooves tour at La Boquilla OR boat trip with on board dinner (seat-in).

DAY 13 CARTAGENA (B) End of the roundtrip. Departure flight home via Bogotá.
