DAY 2 NEGOMBO Ayubowan (meaning, may you live long) is our traditional greeting and we welcome you with the same whole-hearted gesture to our beautiful island of paradise! Arrive in the island in your respective flight. Complete the airport formalities, then collect your baggage and clear the customs. Proceeding to the arrival lobby, you will be paged for and be met by our representative of Jetwing Travels who would warmly greet you with the hospitable smile the destination is so famous for! First, head to Negombo and check-in to the hotel. Rest and relax on the first day in order to adjust to the new surroundings, and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

DAY 4 ANURADAPURA - TRINCOMALEE After breakfast depart to Trincomalee, Trincomalee - One of the world’s largest natural harbours, Trincomalee Harbour has been an important maritime hub for centuries. It has strategic importance due to its natural depth and sheltered location, making it a significant port for trade and naval activities.

DAY 5 TRINCOMALEE After breakfast depart to city tour in Trincomalee, this beach is often regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka. This is a stretch of beach which is situated approximately 16 kilometres North of Trincomalee. It’s the starting point for Pigeon Island but it’s also the perfect spot for water sports, relaxing and just enjoying the sun. Enjoy city tour including Kinniya hot springs and Koneshvaram temple. Below activities can be arranged at an extra cost: • Diving (recommended period - May & June) • Whale Watching (recommended period - July & August) • Water sports (snorkeling / diving etc. depending on the weather condition) DAY 6 RINCOMALEE – DAMBULLA – SIGIRIYA Rise and shine! Today you start the journey travelling inland of the country. Fill up with a scrumptious breakfast and transfer to the famous cultural triangle, the land of the ancient kings of Sri Lanka. Here prepare for a soothing, yet exciting moment close to the nature and community as you head on a village experience tour in Dambulla. Commence a trek, or travel in a small local tractor on the village path that falls through cultivation land and jungle patches to reach a cave temple. Here you will be welcomed by a monk and will engage in a conversation with you with the help of your guide. Then a session of “pirith” chanting and tying a “pirith” thread around your wrist invoking blessings and protection upon you. From here head down to the

Later in the day head out to explore the interesting town and surroundings of Negombo.

Negombo is a coastal city just 7 KM away from Colombo Airport. Its close proximity to airport makes it the ideal place to relax after a long tiring journey. Roam around the city and get the first insight to the amazing local lifestyle. Enjoy fishing with the local people, learn about dry fish industry and glide through the Dutch canal, all while tasting the unique Sri Lankan food!

DAY 3 NEGOMBO – WILPATTU – ANURADAPURA Fill up with a scrumptious breakfast and we head out to explore the ancient city of Anuradhapura via Jeep safari at Wilpattu National Park. Wilpattu National Park is rich with 23 fresh water fish species, 17 amphibians species, 57 reptiles species, 253 birds species, 45mammals species. Thus, Wilpattu National Park considered as hotspot for wildlife photography and bird watching tours in Sri Lanka. From Here, Transfer to Anuradapura, Anuradhapura is the first capital of Sri Lanka located in north central province of Sri Lanka. It is one of the ancient capitals of Sri Lanka which was the centre of Theravada Buddhism for many centuries.
