DAY 1 – MALTA – DUBAI

Meet the tour manager at Malta International Airport for flight to Dubai. DAY 2 – ARCHITECTURAL TOUR OF MODERN DUBAI - SHOPPING AT THE DUBAI MALL Arrival in Dubai and transfer to the 4* Novotel world trade centre. In the morning after breakfast we start the tour by exploring the most modern structures of Dubai, Atlantis The Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel (outside view), Burj Khalifa (outside view only), Emirates towers, Twin towers, and Sky Scrapers on the Sheikh Zayed road. The afternoon will be spent at the famous Dubai Downtown, whereby one can see the world’s largest dancing fountains; the world largest shopping mall and also Burj Khalifa - the world’s tallest building. DAY 3 – TRADITIONAL & HISTORIC TOUR OF DUBAI - SHOPPING AT DEIRA CITY CENTRE MALL The traditional and historic tour provides you with a glimpse of a harmonious co-existence of different religions and cultures from all over the world, a great example of the tolerance and understanding of the Arabian culture. During the tour you will pass by the famous Mosque in Jumeirah and proceed through Jumeirah Beach Road so as to have a bird’s eye view of beautifully laid residential buildings. En route we will see the camel race track. The tour then winds its way onto the historic and romantic Dubai Creek. Dubai Museum offers a fascinating insight of the city in the pre-oil days. DAY 4 – DUBAI FRAME - 4 x 4 DESERT SAFARI In the morning we head to Dubai Frame (entrance ticket not included). Offering one of the city’s best views, the Dubai Frame has welcomed one million visitors since it opened in January 2018, according to state media. Situated in Zabeel Park with views of skyscrapers lining the Sheikh Zayed Road, the gardens also host a number of events. In the afternoon we will experience the spectacular Dubai desert. Driving through in a 4WD vehicle is simply exciting and adventurous followed by the majestic sand dunes experience on a roller coaster drive for the brave hearts. Another interesting factor is getting to know about the Bedouin settlements and also the camel breeding farms. Upon arrival at the camp we will be greeted with a traditional Arabic welcome followed by witnessing the beautiful desert sunset from the peak of the dunes. An Arabic coffee, tea or cold drinks are offered to us before we settle down in the camp. Camel rides and sand skiing are also available up till the time we are served a sumptuous BBQ dinner ending up the night with traditional Arabic “Belly Dancing” in the center stage. An ambiance of “One Thousand & One Arabian Nights” turns in to a reality. DAY 5 – THE CAPITAL OF THE UAE, ABU DHABI – THE WALK AT JBR This full day tour today takes you to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, which is situated about 170 km southwest of Dubai. Many of the city’s striking examples of modern architectures show fascinating interpretations of Islamic themes captured in today’s materials. We learn everything there is to know regarding their oil industry – the so called “black gold” – and how it has transformed Abu Dhabi into the wealthy city of today. A reminder of the historical past is the renovated Al Husn Palace – now home of the Centre of Documentation and Research. A drive along the beautiful Corniche gives a magnificent view of the city, followed by a visit to the Heritage Village. A splendid buffet lunch is also included. The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip and covers a wide range of services and venues, from a number of world-renowned brands strewn across the stretch, to many franchised and local venues, including restaurants, clothing stores, boutiques, department stores, cafes and gyms, among many others, located over two levels Ground and Plaza. You will find a wide variety of restaurants along the Walk, ranging from big international chains like Starbucks to local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The Walk is a good place for shopping and here you will find stalls selling exclusive local handicrafts, bags and jewellery. In contrast to the exuberance of the shrine, Ieyasu’s mausoleum itself is relatively simple and austere. One of the most famous elements of Toshogu is the Sacred Stable, where a white imperial horse is kept (a gift of New Zealand). The stable’s fame derives from the original carving depicting the three wise monkeys, “Hear no evil, Speak no evil, See no evil.” Other famous carvings at Toshogu include a sleeping cat and an odd rendering of an elephant by an artist who had apparently never seen one. Drive to KegonWaterfall the almost 100meter tall most famous of Nikko’s many beautiful waterfalls. In fact, it is even ranked as one of Japan’s three most beautiful falls, along with Nachi Waterfall in Wakayama Prefecture and Fukuroda Waterfall in Ibaraki Prefecture. Kegon Waterfall is also a popular autumn color spot. The trees around the waterfall are usually most colorful from mid to late October. DAY 1 – MALTA – JAPAN Meet the tour manager at Malta International Airport for your flight to Tokyo. DAY 2 – TOKYO Upon arrival you will be welcomed and transferred to your 4* hotel. DAY 3 – TOKYO Breakfast and proceed for city tour of Tokyo visiting the Meiji Jingu Shrine, drive through the Imperial Palace Plaza which comprises the moats and spacious plaza between the east side of the Imperial Palace and the Marunouchi office buildings. On either side of the road through the middle of the plaza stretches lawn with pine groves. On the north side of the plaza stands a fountain commemorating the marriage of the Emperor and Empress. To the south is a bronze of Kusunoki Masashige, a 14th-century samurai loyal to the emperor. Sensoji is the oldest and most impressive temple in Tokyo. The main hall was first built in 645 to house a tiny golden statue of Kannon, the goddess of mercy, that had been repeatedly hauled up in fishing nets despite being thrown back into the river. The statue was enshrined in the main hall where it ostensibly remains today -- a sight too holy to be seen. The temple was destroyed in the air raids of March 10, 1945, and the present building is a 1958 reconstruction. The temple precincts bustle with people praying, buying fortunes, shopping or sightseeing. Many come for the curative powers of smoke billowing from the bronze urn burning incense in front of the main hall. People rub smoke on joints in the hope of easing aches and pains. The Osaka Castle built way back in the 16th century is a popular landmark that ought to be on every visitor’s itinerary. The castle is surrounded by cherry, peach and plum trees and a beautiful landscaped garden that makes it a wonderful place to spend time.
