DAY 1 – MALTA – SAN FRANCISCO & DINNER DANCE DATE Meet your tour manager at the Malta International Airport for your flight to San Francisco travelling via Frankfurt. Upon arrival you will find your coach waiting for you for your transfer to your 4* Hyatt Regency San Francisco Hotel. We will start exploring the beauty of San Francisco in a grand way since we will be meeting our guide to join her on a fantastic Horn Blower Dinner Dance Cruise. Think of this as a date night with a delicious, dynamic twist: When the sun sets and city lights twinkle from the Bay Bridge to the Golden Gate, Hornblower’s Dinner Dance Cruise kicks into high gear which will make this the perfect sightseeing experience in California and a truly special evening out. DAY 2 – FULL DAY SAN FRANCISCO CITY TOUR Join your guide for a full day sightseeing tour around San Francisco exploring this most culturally diverse and beautiful of cities. Your guided journey will highlight famous landmarks and familiarize you with the unique sociology of San Francisco. Narrative includes Victorian houses, Civic Center, Union Square, Nob Hill, Cable Cars, Chinatown, North Beach, Coit Tower, Fisherman’s Wharf, Marina District, Palace of Fine Arts, The Presidio, Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Bridge and more. Scheduled stops include Vista Point at the Golden Gate Bridge, the panoramic view of the city from atop Twin Peaks, Sausalito and other photo opportunities recommended by your guide. From past to present and hills to shiny sea, your experience will be most memorable. DAY 3 – FULL DAY ALCATRAZ DISCOVERY CRUISE AND PIER 39 What better way to see the Scenic San Francisco Bay than from the sea. The Alcatraz Discovery Cruise circles the storied facility that once housed Al Capone and George “Machine Gun” Kelly, as a guide chronicles the island’s history and natural features plus an interesting insight to Angel Island, known as the Ellis Island of the West, and the famed San Francisco waterfront. The afternoon will be spent at Fisherman’s Wharf area whereby the group can indulge into a delightful lunch
(not included) with magnificent views of San Francisco Bay. The rest of the day will be spent exploring the Pier 39 area. DAY 4 – FULL DAY NAPA VALLEY Blessed with one of the world’s most hospitable climates for the culture of wine, featuring over 200 magnificent wineries and 30,000 acres under vine, the Napa Valley’s premium geographical position, reputation, and recognition remains a glowing example for the wine world to follow. Visit to winery including wine tasting. This tour today heads through San Francisco’s Marina District and the Presidio before crossing the breathtaking Golden Gate Bridge and taking in the idyllic scenery in Marin County and the attractive rolling hills of Carneros, just south of Sonoma. DAY 5 – SAN FRANCISCO – 17 - MILE DRIVE - LOS ANGELES Our time in the beautiful San Francisco Bay comes to an end today, yet the same cannot be said for our touring experiences. After checking out of your hotel, you will embark on one of the most scenic drives, all along California’s breathtaking shoreline. The famous 17-Mile Drive is a visually stunning stretch of roadway which hugs the Pacific coastline from Pacific Grove to Pebble Beach, featuring awe inspiring sights along the way. Arrive in Los Angeles in the afternoon and check in at your 4* Hotel Indigo. DAY 6 – FULL DAY CITY TOUR OF LOS ANGELES A full day tour once again for you today whereby we will discover the diversity of Downtown L.A. where skyscrapers and historic buildings coexist. The “New Times Square of the West” features Staples Centre where Michael Jackson had his last performance, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Mullholland Drive, and much more. We will visit Historic Oliviera street, the first Mexican settlement and birthplace of LA. See the unique Chinatown and Union Station. See the stars of your favourite celebrities on Hollywood Boulevard’s “Walk of Fame”. We will compare our hands and foot prints with Marilyn Monroe’s, Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts and many others at the famous Mann`s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Get your camera ready for the famous Kodak
Theatre stop where the stars meet for the Oscars, and shop at the new Hollywood & Highland where you will see the famous Hollywood sign. A Cruise along the sunset strip brings us to Beverly Hills, home of many stars. On a ride down Rodeo Drive you will see Beverly Wilshire Hotel and famous boutiques and shops seen in the movie “Pretty Woman”. DAY 7 – FULL DAY OF ACTION AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD A fantastic day ahead of you which includes round trip transfers to the Universal Studios plus a full day admission to the Studios. We will assure a full day of action-packed entertainment with exciting shows; park rides as well as plenty of restaurants and a real working movie studio. It is fun for the whole family. At dusk we will have time to enjoy dinner and some great shopping entertainment at the famous Universal City Walk before returning to our hotel at night. DAY 8 – LOS ANGELES - SAN DIEGO The beauty of San Diego is remarkable. We check out of our Los Angeles hotel today and head down the stunning coast to see the best of what this southern California city has to offer. Upon arrival we will drive through the vibrant downtown area, and start our morning city tour. We start off by visiting historic sites and enjoy amazing scenic views of its beautiful beaches. We journey through downtown’s vibrant Gaslamp Quarter with its old world buildings that were once home to Wyatt Earp. Travel along the Embarcadero’s harbour taking in wonderful views of the longest serving aircraft carrier in U.S. Navy history, the USS Midway. Our visit to Coronado Island offers a thrill for lovers of heights as we cross the Coronado Bridge. Beautiful beaches and charming streets are second only to Coronado’s unique National Historic Landmark, the Hotel Del Coronado. This tour would certainly not be complete without a relaxing experience in colourful Old Town, sometimes called the “Jamestown of the Pacific” where we will stop for lunch. An unforgettable experience and memories that will last a lifetime. After lunch you will be taken to your 4* Hilton San Diego Gaslamp hotel for check in. In the afternoon
