DAY 7 ISHASHA

After breakfast, we continue our journey through Queen Elizabeth National Park, heading south toward the Ishasha sector. Enjoy a game drive along the way, with another opportunity for wildlife viewing in the afternoon upon arrival. The Ishasha sector is renowned for its tree climbing lions, a rare behaviour seen in only a few places in Africa. These lions can often be spotted resting on the branches of giant fig trees—a truly unforgettable sight. Ishasha is also home to large populations of Topi antelopes, which are not found anywhere else within Queen Elizabeth National Park, adding to the uniqueness of this region.
