DAY 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK - NGORONGORO CONSERVATION After an early breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive into the heart of the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is a vast highland region along the eastern arm of the Great Rift Valley, with the world famous Ngorongoro Crater as its centerpiece. Established to protect wildlife and natural resources, the NCA also plays an important role in preserving the heritage and livelihood of indigenous communities while promoting responsible tourism. In the evening, unwind and enjoy a delightful dinner at Karutu Simba Lodge or similar. DAY 7: NGORONGORO KARATU – ZANZIBAR After breakfast, you will explore the vibrant town of Mto wa Mbu—an ideal stop for colourful photos, cultural encounters, and some last minute curio shopping. DAY 3: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK After an early breakfast, you will depart Arusha and transfer to the iconic Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive through this stunning wilderness, home to an abundance of wildlife including lions, elephants, many wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, and many more species that thrive in this rich ecosystem. Tarangire National Park stretches southeast of Lake Manyara and is centered around the life giving Tarangire River. The park is especially remarkable during the dry season, from June to November, when thousands of animals migrate here in search of the last remaining water sources— creating one of Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife spectacles. DAY 4: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK After breakfast, you will journey through the cool highlands as you make your way toward the southern Serengeti. By midday, you will arrive on the sweeping plains of Serengeti National Park. As Tanzania’s largest national park, the Serengeti offers an extraordinary variety of habitats and scenery—from endless short grass plains and classic savannah to dense bush, shimmering lakes, and seasonal swamps. Scattered across these grasslands are distinctive granite outcrops known as kopjes, which often serve as lookout points for predators. The Serengeti is world renowned for its annual Great Migration, when hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras traverse the plains in search of fresh grazing and water—one of nature’s most breathtaking wildlife spectacles. In the evening, unwind and enjoy a delightful dinner at Kenzan Tented Camp or similar. DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK Enjoy a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park, a wildlife haven celebrated for its vast predator populations and its iconic annual wildebeest migration. From February to May, more than a million wildebeest, accompanied by zebras, sweep across the Western Corridor in search of greener pastures—an awe inspiring natural spectacle.
