Social Media Guidelines
Social Media Management Social media is a key channel for driving brand awareness and consideration. To enable Franchisees to maximise it’s potential, regional Dune London social media pages are permitted as long as they are compliant with the Social Media Policy . As a marketing channel with high levels of cost-effective reach it is crucial that the management of content and messaging on local social media pages is always in line with these brand guidelines. In-house brand expertise is also available to all partners to ensure that these platforms are being maximised to achieve best results for the business and the brand. It is the Franchise partner’s responsibility to: • Adhere to The Dune Group Social Media Policy at all times.
• Fund and manage regional social media pages.
• Use a balance of brand content and local content, as specified in these guidelines.
• Brief Dune Marketing of any bespoke content needs with at least 3 months notice.
• Submit a seasonal or monthly content calendar for brand feedback and approval.
• Submit a seasonal or monthly report of social media KPI’s.
