Sale Communication Guidelines
Marketing efforts to support sale should be responsibly and carefully managed to protect the Dune London brand and adhere to brand guidelines. The dates, product and reductions applicable to any sale should be agreed with Dune Merchandising prior to the production of any marketing collateral. Sale Visual Merchandising VM guidelines for sale are available on Duniverse. This document includes visual merchandising guidance for the display of product and POS during full and partial sale periods. Please consult the International VMManager for additional brand direction. Sale Advertising To protect the premium positioning of Dune London and maximise ROI on advertising budgets it is strongly recommended that advertising for MSS or EOSS is restricted to digital advertising only. The Dune Group does not advocate advertising sale in Above The Line (ATL) channels as footfall will already be high in retail shopping areas during these periods.
It is the Franchise partner’s responsibility to: • Notify Dune Merchandising and Dune Marketing of all sale dates & discounts.
• Fund, artwork and produce all collateral as per brand guidelines. • Ensure there is sufficient stock for planned and reactive sales. • Communicate all terms & conditions in line with local legislation.
