CENTRAL MEDITERRANEAN VISITING: VALLETTA, SPLIT, ZADAR, DUBROVNIK, VALLETTA

DAY 1/2 – DEPART FROM MALTA Bid farewell to the beautiful island of Malta as your journey begins! Settle into your comfortable cabin and get acquainted with your ship. DAY 3 - AT SEA Relax, recharge, and enjoy a full day at sea! Take in the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean as you explore the ship’s amenities. Join in on engaging onboard activities, unwind by the pool, or indulge in delicious dining options. Let the gentle waves and fresh sea breeze set the mood for adventure! Nestling on the sparkling Dalmatian coast, the medieval Croatian port of Split, faces the myriad magical islands of the Kornati archipelago which include Brac, Hvar and Vis. Face the other way across Split’s waterfront and you will see Diocletian’s Palace, one of the best preserved Roman palaces in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The pedestrianised centre of Split is easy to walk around. Wander around its huddle of alleys and piazzas and then, for a great view, climb the exposed steps to the top of the 200ft-high cathedral bell tower. Sip a drink at one of the many cafes along the seafront Riva or pop into a Konoba (wine cellar) to sample the excellent locally produced reds and whites. DAY 4 - SPLIT, CROATIA (PORT OF CALL)

Culinary specialities include smoke and wind dried ham, stewed beef with noodles and delicious lamb dishes. Just three miles from Split are the ruins of ancient Salona, once capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia. DAY 5 - ZADAR, CROATIA (PORT OF CALL) What sets Zadar cruise port apart is its gentle mix of old and new. The historic old town is a mixture of Roman ruins alongside cosmopolitan cafes, and medieval churches nestling against modern museums of culture. Happily, Zadar is not spoiled by tourism. And yet it offers a number of lovely attractions, ideal to explore during your time in port. Its two most popular attractions are the audio-visual ambience of the Sea Organ (an experimental architectural object that plays music via the motion and flow of the sea) and the Sun Salutation - a 22m square art installation of 300 glass plates that capture the sun’s energy during the day. Both have to be seen and heard to be believed! Zadar may not be a picture postcard destination, but it has its own beguiling charm. It’s a warm, inviting, vibrant city where you can while away the hours sipping vino at street cafe, or take to the water and enjoy some adrenalin-fuelled watersports. Its restaurants are well known for serving an eclectic menu of local and regional cuisine. And if you fancy

venturing inland a little, its nearby countryside is truly breathtaking.

DAY 6 - DUBROVNIK, CROATIA (PORT OF CALL) Sailing into the beautiful 12th century Croatian walled city of Dubrovnik is one of the great cruising experiences. The spectacular Old Town - with its pretty harbour, towering ramparts, creamy stone pavements and red roofed buildings - is crammed with architectural wonders like Onofrio’s Fountain - constructed in the 1430s - and the 14th century Franciscan Monastery, home to a wonderful statue of the Pita carved in 1498, and the world’s oldest pharmacy (est. 1391). DAY 7 - AT SEA Savour your final day at sea in absolute comfort. Take this time to unwind, revisit your favourite spots on board, or discover something new before the journey ends. Whether it’s a quiet moment by the pool, one last indulgent meal, or laughter with new friends, make every moment count as you cruise toward your final destination. DAY 8 - RETURN TO MALTA As you return to Malta, reflect on an adventure filled with memories and breathtaking moments. From vibrant cities and ancient landmarks to beautiful coastlines and rich cultures, this Mediterranean cruise is one you’ll cherish forever.
