1. OFFER OVERVIEW

The ROCS Rewards Travel Offer Campaign is a special promotion designed to reward ROCS clients for their loyalty and continued support. During the promotional period, eligible clients can benefit from: • 2 free return flights to Sicily • A complimentary ROCS Travel Globetrotter for every child booked

This applies when purchasing a ROCS Travel holiday package.

This offer is designed to give back to our valued clients—because with ROCS, loyalty truly pays.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion is valid from 18th May to 30th June 2026. Rewards can be claimed during this period, while stocks last. Any claims or bookings made outside of this period will not qualify for the rewards.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible to participate in the ROCS Rewards campaign if you meet the following criteria: • New ROCS Travel bookings: If you make a new travel package booking with ROCS Travel between 18th May and 30th June 2026, you will receive 2 free return flights and a complimentary ROCS Travel Globetrotter for every child booked.

4. FREE FLIGHT TERMS & CONDITIONS

What’s Included: • 2 return flights to Sicily • 10kg hand luggage and 20kg checked luggage

What’s Not Included: • Mandatory airline taxes, passenger charges, and any additional fees • Accommodation (must be booked through ROCS Travel to redeem the offer) • Travel insurance Important Conditions: • Flights are valid for selected dates between July 2026 and September 2026 • Flights are transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash • A maximum of two free flights is permitted per room booked • Subject to availability and airline booking conditions • Flight vouchers must be redeemed directly with ROCS Travel by 30th June 2026 Eligibility : • The complimentary ROCS Travel Globetrotter applies only to new travel package bookings made during the promotional period. • This reward only applies when the booking includes children under the age of 12. • Existing ROCS clients are not eligible for this reward unless a new booking is made. Additional Conditions: • Luggage is subject to availability and while stocks last • Size upgrades are available by paying the difference, subject to availability • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash 5. FREE FLIGHTS

Q1: What exactly is included in the 2 free flights? You’ll receive 2 return flight tickets including 10kg hand luggage and 20kg checked luggage. Airline taxes, mandatory charges, and accommodation are not included and must be booked and paid for directly through ROCS Travel. Q2: Can I take the free flights only, without booking anything else? No. To use your free flights, mandatory airline taxes, passenger fees, and accommodation must be paid through ROCS Travel. This ensures the best possible package rates and travel experience. Q3: When can I travel using my free flights? Flights are available for selected dates between July 2026 and September 2026, subject to availability. Q4: Can the flights be transferred or exchanged for cash? Yes, Free flight vouchers are transferable, yet non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

Q5: If I am already a ROCS client, will I receive luggage too? No. The luggage reward applies only to new travel package bookings made between 18th May and 30th June 2026. Q6: How can I qualify for a free Globetrotter? By making a new travel package booking with ROCS Travel during the promotional period, you will receive a complimentary

Globetrotter for every child under 12 years booked.

Q7: Can I upgrade my suitcase size? Yes. You can upgrade by paying the difference between your allocated size and the next tier, subject to availability.
