ROOM RATES TERMS & CONDITIONS: • The currency for all rates and charges stated in this brochure are in EURO. • All rates are gross to us and inclusive of 10% service charge, 12% GST and EUR 6.00 Green Tax per person per night. • All rates are per room per night and inclusive of daily breakfast in buffet restaurant Amaany. • Rates quoted are based on single/double occupancy except for Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villa which is based on 4 persons and for 8 persons when staying in The Residence. • Maximum age in Quad / Triple published rates is 11.99. • In the case of adult sharing the triple/quad rate supplement needs to be added on from the supplements section accordingly. • A minimum of 2 night stays is required • For stay dates which include Festive Season then a minimum of 5 nights is required for all room types.
