Dune London - Brand Communications Guidelines

LOCAL CONTENT • INFORMAL CONTENT

Key Considerations

• Shoot on a modern phone to ensure good camera quality

Always shoot in portrait mode.

• Shoot in natural light if you can. Ideally near windows but facing in to the store to avoid busy backgrounds outside the store

Videos should be no longer that 15 seconds

• Avoid customers in the shots or their reflections in mirrors

• Make sure the store is neat and tidy and that product is nicely lined up on shelves with straps and laces fastened and no pricing stickers visible. Have VM tools or support to hand if required. • If holding products nails and hands must be well-kept. Jewellery is acceptable as long as it is unbranded. • When filming individuals such as store teams, please film near a plain background NOT near screens or other people • Whilst COVID restrictions still apply be ensure all local rules are being followed, including wearing face coverings and social distancing • When store staff are answering questions or talking to camera, always use full sentences which reference the question being asked. E.g. ssk them to say ‘My favourite piece from the new collection is…’ instead of just ‘I love this because..’

• Always turn down the music in store when filming people so the audio is clear

Keep answers short and concise
