Home Shoots Key considerations when shooting content for social media at home include:

• Observe all principles outlined in this manual for Photoshoots

• Shoot on a modern phone to ensure good camera quality

Always shoot in portrait mode.

• Always make sure the surroundings are tidy, and not other branded items are visible. • Use simple backgrounds and neutral colours, including when shooting on beds or sofas • If holding products nails and hands must be well-kept. Jewellery is acceptable as long as it is unbranded.

• Shoot in spaces that are brightly lit, ideally with natural light

• Make sure products compliment the surroundings in terms of style and usage e.g. slippers in a bedroom, sandals on sunny days etc

• Line ups of product are great if you have multiples versions of the same products

• Consider different angles to keep it visually interesting

• Close up crops are ideal, especially to show off detail. • Be creative, use outdoors and indoors spaces. refer to brand content for inspiration.
