Launches Toolkit A tool kit of marketing materials is available on Duniverse to support basic brand communications that Franchisees are expected to adopt when launching new stores. These guidelines provide an overview and creative direction for the templates and assets in the kit, including:

Store hoarding

Business brand presentation

Press release

Seeding packaging

Social teaser

Data capture cards

Email announcement

Please see overleaf for recommended launch tactics, ranging from low to high cost, and pre to post launch.

It is the Franchise partner’s responsibility to: • Submit a detailed strategy, marketing plan and budget for new market launches to Dune Marketing at least 2 months before launch. • Fund all marketing activity supporting new store or market launches, unless agreed otherwise with The Dune Group. • Artwork and produce all creative required for launches, in line with brand guidelines. • Provide The Dune Group with any information required to adequately support launching new stores and markets. • Arrange professional photos and/or video to be captured of the new store.
